About Quan Ngo

Marine Corp veteran and experienced Desktop Support Technician with Apple Genius certification and 7 years’ experience utilizing ITIL ServiceNow, Cherwell and Sabre ticketing software to document and assist up to end-users with technical issues via remote support tools, by phone and desk side. Began my IT career at Apple as a Technical Specialist, troubleshooting handheld devices (i.e. phones, iPads, etc.) before being promoted to a “Genius” where I was responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktop computers, small servers and wireless devices. After four years working at Apple, I took on an Desktop Support role at American Airlines, troubleshooting PCs, Microsoft Office, QIK, SABRE software and hardware such as HP printers, Toshiba printers, boarding passes, bag tags, EFB (electronic flight bag) devices that pilots use and Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 deployments. In my current position, I have assisted in the deployment of new Windows 10 computers and new Electronic Flight Bags for pilots. I have also used imaging to clone computers and rebuild profiles.
