I love supporting people to build and contribute to teams, tribes and communities who deliver for themselves, their customers, their clients and beyond. I have been responsible for delivery of digital transformation programmes valued up to M£40pa and have led workstreams delivering on a global scale. I deliver account sales valued in tens of millions and have managed successful bids in the hundreds. I am a strong advocate of modern delivery practices but understand the time value of money and the necessity of communicating in those terms. I also understand the less easily measured forms of value or values and the need to define inclusive common purpose that encompasses these. I am an engineer so seek to keep technically literate enough to understand the limits of my knowledge and engage intelligently with those that operate beyond it. I have operated effectively as a technical and solution architect although am most comfortable as a technical delivery leader. I operate effectively across private and public sectors and am familiar with the gov.uk Service Standard. My career has an undeniable centre of gravity in defence.
