Cheerful, curious and thrilled by the digital revolution, I always look to hone my skills and achieve client satisfaction. Seasoned in ITIL process management, I do my best to share my knowledge on ITSM integration projets and help companies accomplish their goals. This experience is completed by a solid data analysis skillset that allows me to understand, adapt and answer the client's specifics needs.(I have always found fascinating how much a company can learn from its past data to anticipate its futur!) Fluent speaker and insatiable traveller, I am readily able to work on international projects. Feel free to reach out- I joined the Devoteam digital adventure in 2015 as an ITSM consultant. From then I have been working respectively for a worldwide actor of gas & medical industry (Air Liquide), for the world leader of transactional solutions (Edenred), for the IT provider of BNP Paribas (BP²I), for the world expert of loan insurance (BNP Paribas Cardif), for the European aeronautics group Airbus and currently for the leader of digital banking strategy Credit Agricole.
