I co-founded Trees Engineering in 2020 with a clear goal: disrupt the manpower landscape in the energy industry through transparency, trust, and innovation. How? By building a marketplace that connects top engineering talent with global energy projects, using AI to ensure the right fit every time.Why? Traditional manpower agencies often take high fees—sometimes up to 40%—without being transparent. We saw an opportunity to change that. At Trees Engineering, our fee structure is clear and fair, ranging from 8% to 20%, ensuring that both clients and freelancers benefit from a relationship built on trust.At Trees we’re passionate about giving companies more choice and flexibility while empowering talents with freedom and transparency. We’ve already helped major EPC companies deliver on time by matching them with the right talent.At Trees Engineering, we believe in more than just business.
