About Quentin Jones
Career at Barrows began with setting up DTP/REPRO files for print. This in turn led me to running the pre-press side, and give technical advice on the printing side of the business. I then took over Finished art, which sets up hi-res artwork for Repro. I have been entrusted to advise on purchasing of new printing equipment, so here I would do the cost analysis, and in-depth research to make sure the correct equipment is purchased. With this said I was asked to run the printing side of Barrows, which consists of silkscreen, and digital print. I offer technical advise for the litho side (singing off colour etc) reworking files in order to print correctly. I get extensively involved in the front end of Barrows, the prototyping side. Here I will offer print and manufacturing process advice. Different options on how to print, and produce the job for our manufacturing facility, utilizing our equipment effectively to save time and money.
