About Quentin Provost

Passionate about the challenges of sustainable development, I'm working to integrate the ecological and social transition into Lidl France's value chain. My goal is to ensure the company's long-term future by reorienting its strategy towards a sustainable business model. My operational role is to provide solutions to the environmental and social challenges inherent in the company's activities through dialogue with stakeholders, and to deploy its CSR transformations through change management. With a thorough understanding of the design and implementation of CSR initiatives, I have acquired skills in project management, stakeholder group coordination and facilitation, the development of various CSR/ESG monitoring and reporting tools, as well as the analysis and integration of new normative and regulatory issues such as: CSRD, SFDR, taxonomy, carbon footprint (GHG/BEGES), Climate and Resilience law, etc. Combined with solid experience in change management, I know how to ensure the deployment of corporate transformations by designing skills development schemes and creating an impactful communication strategy.
