Background

About Quentin Ramel

Passionate chemist with a focus on sustainable innovation and advanced materials. I am completing a Master’s degree in Green Chemistry at Université Savoie Mont Blanc, while working at Baikowski on the development of high-purity technical materials for demanding applications. My background combines applied research, scientific rigor, and a strong sense of curiosity. What drives me is the ambition to design practical and responsible solutions to today’s industrial challenges: developing innovative materials, improving processes to make them cleaner and safer, and contributing to a more sustainable industry. I have gained laboratory experience at CNRS, Solvay, and the University of Geneva, with expertise in multi-step organic synthesis, advanced characterization (NMR, LC-MS, HRMS, ICP-OES), and technical project management. Curious, independent, and proactive, I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn, innovate, and make a positive impact. Professional English – TOEIC 970/990 (valid until 2026). Always open to discussions around sustainable chemistry, innovative materials, and industrial research.
