Background
About Quentin Strauss
I am a Freelance Senior Programme Director based in the South-East of the UK. I support complex scalable organisations who need help getting their digital or change transformation programme/portfolio on track. Successes have included post-acquisition integration/post-divestment separations and a £1B transformation portfolio below par on key metrics. Today, all John Lewis order fulfilment is based on the work of the team I led for just under 3 years. I have extensive experience across a range of industries, domains and geographies. This includes implementing £100M+ new and replacement systems in telecoms, omni-channel retailing and even pivoting an America’s Cup sailing team from a challenger to a defender. My strengths include the ability to work with a broad cross-section of individuals and teams. Be they ‘C Level’ business execs building and executing strategic imperatives to technical subject matter experts working the detail. I have built super-productive and cost-effective hybrid teams of up to 250 FTE. I have worked extensively across the UK, Europe and the USA. My dual citizenship allows me to take on assignments across the UK and Europe.
