About Quincy Kevan

Quincy Kevan is a Creator Relations and Partnerships executive with over 16 years of experience in the creator economy, partnerships, entertainment, talent management, tech, influencer marketing and social media. She was named an executive to watch by The Hollywood Reporter in their annual "Next Gen 2020: The Hollywood Reporter's 35 Rising Executives 35 and Under" issue. She oversees the global Creator Partnerships team, consisting of 28 creator partner managers and market leads across 11 countries, at Snap, Inc, where she has worked for eleven years. At Snap, Quincy built the verified accounts program Snap Stars and scaled it from 50 A-list celebrities to tens of thousands of digital creators around the world. She serves as a chief adviser internally for all talent-related matters and has negotiated content and brand integration partnerships with both celebrities and digital native creators.As the Partnerships team’s first hire and the founding member of the Creator Partnerships team, Quincy developed many of the group’s best practices and contributed to strategic decisions during its early high growth phase. Quincy is skilled at managing collaborations with public figures and growing relationships with talent. Additionally, she is seasoned in rolling out cross-functional product and monetization strategies for creators.Prior to Snap, Quincy spent four+ years at ICM Partners, where she worked as a Scripted Television Junior Agent, representing emerging television directors and managing projects for over 500 clients and 300+ series on air. She began her career as a talent coordinator for live broadcast events like Stand Up 2 Cancer, as well as a travel logistics assistant for The Rolling Stones. Quincy received a BS in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. Born and raised in Manhattan, she currently resides in Los Angeles. Quincy has spoken on panels for VidCon, Videonomics, Creator IQ, Columbia Business School and more.
