Hi there! Would you like to know more about me? Let's go! I am a Dutch woman/sister/friend ​intrigued by design, travelling, photography, strategy, innovation, fabulous food, and even better conversations. I seek to be inspired, to envision the unlikely, to work hard for things that are worth it, and to be surrounded by those who bring out the best in me. I am a unique mix of business and liberal arts, which might not be your cup of tea, but for those who do appreciate the hybrids, you will find me a valuable asset in seeing both the impact of business decisions as well as the impact to people (with all sorts of backgrounds). I am a problem solver and I love creating order in chaos, mapping out processes and creating streamlined and efficient ways of working. My personality is a mix of professionalism and empathy, I am to the point but with a touch of funny and consider myself a caring colleague. I would like to leverage my diverse background into a position at an organisation with impact. I would be happy to share my knowledge and skills to help an organisatsion, while also continuing to grow and learn as a human and a member of society- The more we are exposed to modernization, I see our ability to make conceptual connections between objects or abstract notions increase. I believe we are constantly dealing with abstract concepts in our daily lives. But we need people that use their minds in a way that supports this society in understanding a breadth of topics and connecting ideas - our minds are better at it than ever before. That is my mission. I connect people, cultures, disciplines. Because of my diverse background, I am able to make connections my more specialised peers are not able to make. I cross domains, think broadly, and embrace my diverse experiences and perspectives to increasingly thrive in our changing environment/society. As a result, I do and think outside the box. I am analytical, yet pragmatic (and problem solving/results oriented). I am structured, yet agile. I am compassionate, but can also push limits. I seek ways to present my ideas in unique and creative ways. I would like to help people understand our evolving society. With a more rigorous grounding in reasoning and multidisciplinary thinking, I am better prepared to make a real impact on our economy and society.
