Responsible for process operations, where plant equipment is operated from control room and outside, monitoring of equipment, fault finding and to make sure corrective actions are done. To give Plant hand over with high quality standards and to confirm direct reports do the same quality hand over. General duties is to make sure communication is done accordingly between employees and different departments. To do inspections and to make sure all plant maintenance is done accordingly. All SHE inspection is done and deviations reported. To keep your team with one Sasol mind-set, drives and takes accountability and to implement and support team work. To ensure that agreed, on specification, production volumes are achieved, efficiently and safely Production contributes to the increase of business growth. Continuously ensure adherence to all quality, safety and legal requirements are met. Optimise processes to ensure maximum output and sustain plant performances, ensure equipment are operated within designed specifications.
