About Quintin M.

As the Executive Director of CCHO, it is a privilege to be part of a committed coalition of organizations fighting for housing justice. I lead with a deep commitment to justice, equity, and systemic change. For over two decades, my work has spanned public policy, advocacy, political campaigns, and direct community engagement—always centered on supporting marginalized and at-risk communities, particularly unhoused individuals, through innovative, human-centered approaches rooted in dignity and joy. At CCHO, we focus on building local-level advocacy efforts and deepening movement-building ecosystems, especially around affordable housing, anti-displacement, and sustainable communities. I believe that meaningful change requires adaptability, collaboration, and a relentless drive to build systems that serve as true vehicles for equity and justice. Beyond my role, I remain dedicated to advancing conversations on progressive policy, racial equity and access to create lasting, structural change. I’m also preparing for the 2025 Climate Ride in the Idaho Wilderness raising funds to support organizations tackling climate change and environmental justice—because equity must extend to the planet we all share. Let’s connect to explore ways to create a more inclusive, just, and sustainable world—and to overcome today’s political challenges through collective organizing and action.
