I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Karachi and bring over 20+ years of diverse experience across the pharmaceutical, fintech, and FMCG industries. Currently, I am serving as Head of IT at Bays International, a leading name in the beauty and cosmetics industry. In this role, I lead the organization’s IT function, driving digital transformation, IT strategy, service delivery, and technology governance. My focus is on implementing ERP across the organisation, aligning IT with business objectives, optimizing operations, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring robust infrastructure and security. Previously, I served as Senior Project Manager at SOFCOM, where I led multiple large-scale implementations, including HRMS solutions and the revamp of Laboratory Management Systems, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. Prior to that, I spent over 16+ years at Pfizer Pakistan Limited, progressing through several strategic roles: • Started as a Management Trainee, working across HR and Business Technology (BT) • Took on the role of System Coordinator in the Finance department • Promoted to Manager, Business Services, where I played a key role in IT strategic planning, business continuity, audit & compliance, IT budgeting, systems acquisition, and service delivery across headquarters and field force operations. Following Pfizer, I joined Leaders Corporate (Pvt.) Ltd, a fintech company and certified partner of Zoho CRM and Odoo ERP, where I led ERP and CRM implementations, along with web development projects, providing end-to-end IT solutions to a diverse client base. I have also enhanced my project management capabilities through formal Project Management (BoK) training at PIMS Institute, equipping me with structured methodologies and best practices for successful delivery. With a strong foundation in both business and technology, I strive to deliver value through innovation, collaboration, and strategic IT leadership.
