About R. Rejikumar

I am currently working as the State Nodal Officer (Quality Assurance) as well as Medical Officer (Higher Grade) under the Department of Homoeopathy, Government of Kerala, with over 21 years of experience in providing homoeopathic treatment and care to patients. I am responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes for homoeopathic hospitals and clinics in Kerala. In addition, I am an Empaneled Assessor for the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH), where I conduct assessments and audits for AYUSH hospitals and ensure compliance with the national standards and guidelines. I have successfully completed the Assessor's course by NABH and attended the 3rd conclave for AYUSH assessors. I have also completed certificate courses in Healthcare Quality, Healthcare Technology, Hospital Management, and eGovernance from reputed institutions, enhancing my skills and knowledge in these domains. My mission is to pursue my career in a research-oriented and esteemed institution, where I can contribute to the advancement and dissemination of homoeopathy as a holistic and effective system of medicine. I am passionate about preaching, practicing, and popularizing homoeopathy, and ultimately offering help to the ailing humanity. I have strong academic, communication, data analysis, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Malayalam. I have also published multiple research papers and articles on homoeopathic topics and participated in various seminars and workshops.
