As a Workforce Analyst at the United States Air Force, I apply my cyber security, network operations, and human resource management skills to support the Force Support Cohort Analytics Program. I have over eight years of experience in various leadership roles within the USAF, where I have demonstrated my ability to lead, innovate, and collaborate across multiple mission sets. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wyoming and several professional certifications, including CompTIA Security+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching. I am also working on a certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Texas San Antonio, as I am passionate about leveraging data to optimize the performance, retention, and development of the USAF workforce. My goal is to contribute to the security and efficiency of the USAF and the nation through data-driven solutions.
