About Rab Blay

I have a strong passion for environmental science and physical geography, driven by a desire to understand and analyze Earth's natural systems through scientific research and geospatial technology. My academic journey began in Biotechnology, where I gained practical experience conducting laboratory experiments for biological and ecological research. Subsequently, I pursued a major in Geographic Analysis with a minor in Environmental Biology, where I gained hands-on skills in GIS, remote sensing, mapping, and fieldwork. Through my studies, I have developed proficiency in sample collection, laboratory assays, experimental techniques, cartographic visualization, data management, statistical and spatial analyses. I have conducted microbiological experiments on various samples, calibrated and operated laboratory and field instruments, and leveraged GIS and remote sensing technologies for applications in land-use planning and ecological assessments. Looking ahead, I plan to pursue graduate studies in Physical Geography, focusing on climate monitoring and environmental research to contribute to data-driven solutions for our current global climate challenges.
