About Rabecca S.

Aspiring IT & Cybersecurity Professional | CompTIA A+ Student at ACI Learning | Customer Service Background with Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills I’m currently studying for the CompTIA A+ certification at ACI Learning, building a strong foundation in IT support, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals. With several years of experience in customer service, I’ve developed a strong skill set in communication, professionalism, and resolving complex issues — all of which translate seamlessly into the tech world. What drives me is a genuine passion for technology and a desire to protect people and systems in an increasingly digital world. Whether it's troubleshooting a technical issue or helping a user feel confident and secure, I bring the same level of dedication, curiosity, and integrity to every challenge. I’m actively seeking opportunities in IT support or cybersecurity where I can continue to grow, learn from experts, and contribute to a forward-thinking team. Let’s connect! If you're a fellow professional, recruiter, or mentor in the tech space, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out — I’m always open to conversations, opportunities, or advice.
