As a dedicated product designer, I thrive on tackling intricate challenges and crafting user-centered experiences with a profound social impact. My background in Human-Centered Design within architecture has sharpened my ability to empathize with users, understanding their needs, environments, and the emotional resonance of design. My past experience also helped me to think in systems and always have the bigger picture in mind while working on the details. Research & Experience Design Conducted interviews with user and stakeholders and shared synthesized outcomes with the team to surface product improvements and support design rationale. Defining a user experience that is functional and addresses emotional design through user research, understanding user demographics, psychosocial factors, and observing user data & usage patterns in real time. Identify and refine Product and Design KPIs to measure success, and identify opportunities of improvement and growth. Strategy & Implementation Worked closely with business and technology teams as a core part of the SCRUM team to understand and document desirability, feasibility and viability of products. Planned and moderated workshops to help align internal stakeholders on product strategy, shared understanding of problems with product adoption and create roadmaps. Helped launch MVPs for Healthcare clients by working using agile methodology, iteratively and closely partnering with product and engineering teams. Identify product growth opportunities, experiment, validate and embed as part of the product experience to achieve repeatability and increase product adoption and engagement.
