I have 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and budgeting, equally divided between the real sector and the banking sector. Over my career, I have gained valuable expertise working with SMEs and corporate companies, including exporters and producers. I currently work as a Group Finance Manager/CFO, managing teams of 2-15 people, overseeing assets worth 5 billion, and handling a credit volume of over 150 million USD. My key responsibilities include managing cash flow, working capital, treasury, and banking relationships; allocating credit lines and project financing; preparing budgets; financial analysis and reporting; overseeing monthly and year-end accounts; assisting with tax computations; and managing export operations. I am experienced in acquisitions, credit ratings, cost accounting, financial risk management, audits, IFRS compliance, and implementing ERP systems. I hold an MBA and CPA qualification, with certifications in credit and corporate governance rating in Turkey, and I am currently preparing for ACCA. I also hold English language certifications from Boğaziçi University and METU. My technical skills include experience with SAP, Logo, Uyumsoft, Microsoft Dynamics BC ERP, and advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
