About Rabiah Arshad

I am a Mixed Methods User Experience Researcher with extensive experience leading end-to-end research across web and mobile apps, experimental hardware, AI-powered tools and global consumer products with a focus on accessibility. With a Master's degree in Human-Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and a background in Computer Science, I bring both technical fluency and a creative process to my research practice. As a multidisciplinary researcher, I bring systems-level thinking to complex problem spaces by connecting behavioral insights with strategic product decisions. From designing studies for wearable AI at Meta to launching inclusive digital platforms in underserved communities, I’m passionate about uncovering what matters to users and turning those insights into intuitive, scalable solutions. I have conducted research for companies such as Meta, Google and Microsoft, shaping product direction through mixed methods research, evaluative and generative testing and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams. My work spans experimental AR/VR interfaces, gaming and entertainment platforms, and accessible mobile platforms, with a focus on ensuring that design decisions are grounded in user realities.
