As the Pharmacy Services Manager at Saban Community Clinic, an FQHC and 340B organization, I focus on improving patient care through exceptional customer service and strict compliance with regulatory guidelines. Leading a dedicated team, I work to optimize pharmacy operations, consistently achieving performance targets while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. In my role, I have been instrumental in creating and implementing policies and procedures that streamline workflows, improve compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I ensure our pharmacy services align with best practices and regulatory standards while prioritizing patient-centered care. To further elevate my leadership capabilities and contribute more strategically to the evolving healthcare landscape, I chose to pursue an Executive MBA at the UCI Paul Merage School of Business. This program has provided me with invaluable tools to bridge the gap between clinical practice and business innovation. I have already begun applying key strategies from the program—such as data-driven decision-making, financial planning, and organizational leadership—to enhance pharmacy operations at Saban. By integrating these insights, I am driving initiatives that support improved health outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. In the short term, my goal is to transition into a healthcare director role, where I can leverage my expertise in pharmacy operations and leadership to drive broader organizational strategies, optimize service delivery, and make a meaningful impact on patient care at a systemic level.
