Maintain warehouse Neat and clean as per department wise Audit to Warehouse Manager weekly basis and track the details Sales : recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff managing budgets maintaining statistical and financial records dealing with customer queries and complaints overseeing pricing and stock control maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation preparing promotional materials and displays Liaising with head office. Take Weekly Review of supervisor / Staffs Performance review of last week, Help them for next week target achievement, Full filling their requirements and take committed target for next Week Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Hire, train, and oversee new staff. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
