I believe in taking a proactive, customer-centric approach to anticipate needs, address challenges, and deliver value-added solutions that exceed expectations. I successfully onboarded new clients, conducted regular check-ins to gather feedback, and collaborated cross-functionally to address issues to drive customer experience.Working in the medical field has confirmed the need for attention to detail and patience when dealing with clients of all backgrounds.
