About Rachael M.

I have a background in Fashion that has helped shape me in my role as an Events Specialist and now Marketing Communications Specialist. Planning and organizing are a few of my favorite things. Coming from the fashion industry to the transportation industry has been such an interesting and rewarding learning experience. From learning first hand how the items that we buy are delivered either to us at home or in stores is amazing. I am lucky to have been given the opportunity to help my boss plan and execute our annual user conference and sales incentive events. In addition to those, I manage our Customer Experience Center, located in our Dallas headquarters, and luxury suite in a local sporting event and entertainment venue My job also gives me the ability to work closely with the various departments and offices within our company and our customers. By planning our annual Customer Advisory Board Meetings with members of our Product Management team, I was able to help bring in a group of customers to our Dallas office and see first hand how important our company and what we do is to our customers. I am excited to see where this road takes me!
