Holistic Wellness Practitioner | Insurance Agent, Broker & Risk Manager | Multi-passionate Entrepreneur I am often asked what a resilient being or business is. The textbook definition of resilience is the capacity and ability to recover and adapt in the face of stress, challenge, adversity, and change. True resilience though, is a verb. It is a muscle that people and businesses must build so that no matter what happens, they can thrive, not just survive. As a licensed insurance agent and broker and formally trained and experienced risk manager, I work with businesses using a coherence framework to perform a comprehensive and holistic review of their entire organization. By evaluating the team, business processes, products and services offered, and organizational risk philosophies, I use both insurance and non-insurance tactics to identify, analyze, control, finance, and administer their risk to be applied in alignment with the company’s goals. As a holistic wellness practitioner, I work with organizations using a coherence framework to perform a comprehensive and holistic assessment on the stress and wellbeing of their people. By evaluating the holistic wellness of the people that create and protect profits, I apply both traditional and non-traditional tactics to boost performance, balance work with life, enhance decision-making and creativity, refine communication skills, strengthen relationships, and reverse the negative impact stress has on individuals and organizational culture. This is done by implementing a variety of science-backed modalities throughout all levels of the company. I have been particularly successful in implementing this strategic approach for both beings and businesses in non-profit, education, human services, public entity, and cannabis organizations.
