In my current role as General Manager of a busy specialty coffee shop, I serve as the owner’s right hand — leading a 20-person team, coordinating complex schedules, managing finances, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. My background spans executive-level administrative support, documentation, event coordination, and financial management. I’ve organized large-scale events with 35+ vendors, overseen vendor contracts and city permits, and managed mobile operations at weddings and corporate events. Alongside operational leadership, I’ve also developed emerging leaders on my team, strengthened vendor partnerships, and contributed to scaling Teleo Coffee into a million-dollar business within four years.
