As a senior software developer with more than two decades of expertise in the pension software sector, I have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. I have successfully delivered numerous projects that met the needs and expectations of our clients, using the latest technologies and best practices. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in this dynamic and evolving industry. Based on the feedback from our clients, I have developed a new Pension Fund Accounting system in the past year, which helps pension administrators manage their accounts more efficiently and accurately. This system is a result of my initiative and innovation, and it demonstrates my skills and expertise in the field of pension fund accounting. In my present position, I have taken charge of creating and maintaining our product Payroll Master which handles the payment of pensions to retired employees. This system is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits to pensioners. I consider myself a Lancashire girl at heart, even though I have moved to different places for work and education. I have always loved its scenic landscapes and its friendly people. I am also a proud mum of two boys, who are my greatest joy and motivation. They inspire me to pursue my passions and to make a positive impact in the world. They are the reason why I strive to balance my professional and personal life, and to be a good role model for them.
