Yoga Professional | Social Work Student | Wellness Advocate Welcome! My full name is Rachaelle, but everyone calls me Chacha. I am a passionate yoga teacher and expressive therapist dedicated to helping others find some space to breathe. I specialize in inpatient behavioral health group therapy, athletic team recovery and mobility training, as well as traditional styles like vinyasa, power, and yin, blending traditional practices with a modern twist. I’m committed to promoting diversity and equity in wellness spaces, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and empowered to explore their yoga journey. I believe that yoga is for all bodies and backgrounds, and I strive to create inclusive environments where every body is seen, heard, and celebrated. When I’m not leading classes or studying for my Master's degree in social work, you can find me taking walks with my huskies, sharing a meal with loved ones, or reading. I believe in the power of breath, movement, music, time spent in community, and a good laugh can transform lives.
