Hey, there! I'm Rachna, a MBA graduate from the University of Greenwich and a certified Yoga teacher from Rishikul Yogashala. Following my postgraduate studies, I found myself drawn to the realm of health and well-being. After immersing myself in yoga for over two years independently, I felt compelled to deepen my practice through formal training at a renowned yoga institute, leading me to embark on a transformative journey in Rishikesh, India. My time in Rishikesh ignited a profound passion for yoga within me, and since then, I've wholeheartedly embraced this path. Now, as a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) graduate, I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and guiding others along their yoga journey. For me, yoga transcends mere physical exercise; it's a gateway to exploring the profound energies within. My mission is to cultivate a supportive environment where clients can delve into this deeper dimension. I specialize in delivering personalized and group yoga sessions through virtual platforms, with expertise in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, as well as guided meditation and Pranayama techniques. Beyond yoga, I find joy in traditional Indian dance forms, pole dancing, experimenting with diverse cuisines, and, of course, scouting for the perfect yoga pants!
