I am an innovative, highly motivated, self-driven, focused to details and result oriented professional with vast past experience in Credit Control and Management. For 13 years I worked for a leading Internet Service Provider IWay Africa, a member of Telkom South Africa as a Debt Collector, Credit Control Assistant, and a Credit Controller consecutively. In addition, I previously worked as an account assistant /debt collector for 2 years in Net I have been away from formal employment for a period of 7 years taking care of my family, during this period I engaged myself in a small business which has given me experience on dealing with different kinds of people, part of the period I enrolled in campus taking a degree program in BCOM majoring in finance and graduated in Nov, 2019. My duties in the previous positions included but not limited to debt collection, reconciliation of accounts and preparation of status reports on debts and collections. I led a debt collection team and couched Customer Relations team that was tasked with collection of debts below 30 days. I participated in innovation projects aimed at improving service delivery in the finance department. In particular, I proposed and managed implementation of an integrated online tax register compliant system after the Kenya Revenue Authority instructed on adoption of this requirement for all businesses.
