About Rachel Aarons

A dynamic and forward-thinking individual, I am driven by a passion for leadership and transformative change. Committed to crafting, implementing, and assessing economically robust policies, my focus is on catalyzing the economic and socio-political advancement of local, regional, and global communities both within Canada and on the international stage. Presently, I work at the MH3 Collective, a distinguished marketing, consulting and services company committed to fostering social impact. In this role, I actively contribute to the connection of people and ideas, leveraging diverse lived and learned experiences to address the challenges of brands, partners, and society at large. Simultaneously, I am honoured to serve as the Vice President of Community Partnerships at the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals. Within this capacity, I play a pivotal role in establishing links between Canadian corporations and the Black community through innovative, community-based programs. These initiatives are designed to facilitate economic growth and educational opportunities for our members. My experiences as the founder of Overcomers Tutoring, a Varsity Track and Field athlete at York University, a former lifeguard with lifesaving experiences, a VP of Marketing at York's Business Technology Association and a competitor in international Business Case Analysis competitions equip me the innovation, analytical skills and leadership needed to produce ground-breaking change.
