I’m an Organisational Development Advisor with a focus on change, capability building, and employee experience. With over five years’ experience across the arts & education and legal professional services sectors, I bring a practical and people-centred approach to helping organisations adapt, grow, and improve how they work. In my current role, I’ve helped design firm-wide change initiatives, introduced structured professional development frameworks, and designed learning pathways that support development from day one. I work closely with stakeholders at all levels, using clear communication and thoughtful planning to embed change in a way that are both relevant and sustainable. I’m comfortable navigating complexity and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to challenges that don’t always have a straightforward solution. I’m particularly interested in strategic OD and change roles where I can contribute to meaningful, organisation-wide outcomes, especially those that align people development with business direction.
