About Rachel Bailey

As the Professor of Business at Redlands Community College, I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative and inclusive learning solutions for students and faculty. With over 15 years of experience as an educator and academic leader, I have developed and taught courses in business administration, management, accounting, and ethics, both online and in-person, using multimedia tools and interactive methods. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Accounting from Mid-America Christian University, where I also serve as an Adjunct Professor and a former Program Director for Management and Ethics. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Arts (DBA) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, expected to graduate in October 2025. I am also certified in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging by the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE). My core competencies include curriculum design and implementation, academic advising and instruction, faculty collaboration and leadership, and problem-solving. My mission is to empower students and faculty to achieve their academic and professional goals, while fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
