I am proficient in many programs, including Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft suite, including SharePoint. I am skilled in copywriting, editing, storytelling, and branding. Utilizing a multi-media approach, I am attentive to building strategies to ensure content aligns with stakeholder needs and remains relevant and engaging for the audience. Trained in the use of implementation playbooks and human centered design (HCD) methodologies, I use these approaches in delivering evidence-based best practices to enhance healthcare system needs through stakeholder engagement and community-based participatory research (CBPR).
