About Rachel Bertelson

Rachel is certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is currently licensed in the State of Texas as an Independent Licensed Psychological Associate. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis, and performs a variety of psychological and behavioral services including diagnosis, assessment, interventions, and counseling for various populations. Rachel currently serves as the Clinical Director and Co-Managing Member of Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic and is the former Executive Director at Rose Street Spectrum. She has directed BCBA’s, BCaBA’s, and RBT’s who provide Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her primary clinical and intervention based interests include the assessment of individuals with suspected developmental disorders, verbal behavior in children with autism, social skills training for children with autism, and supervision of individuals in pursuit of their certification to become BCBA’s, BCaBA’s, or RBT’s. She extends this interest for behavior analysis by providing services for individuals entering into adulthood to assist in transitions to the workplace, behavior modifications for problematic behaviors in the home, community, and workplace. Rachel also provides social skills training using ABA and an integrated peer modeled program. Additionally, she has traveled as an International Guest Speaker for the Universita Degli Studi Internazionali di Roma - Rome, Italy 2016 - having provided Master’s Level University Coursework for individuals in pursuit of their Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and looks forward to continue to contract with additional organizations in pursuit to extend the knowledge of ABA.
