About Rachel Bloom

People-Focused. Commercially Grounded. Change-Oriented.I’m a pragmatic, purpose-driven consultant, coach, and facilitator who helps people and organisations see things differently — and then do something about it.Over the years, I’ve worked across Australia, the US, and Latin America, partnering with leaders to navigate complex people challenges, build high-performing teams, and design workplaces where people thrive. My approach blends commercial acumen with human insight — I’ve owned and managed a retail business, consulted across industries, and coached individuals through growth, uncertainty, and change.Currently, I’m a Principal Consultant at Catalina Consultants, where I support clients across all aspects of HR strategy and organisational development — from leadership and culture to structure, succession, and performance. I bring energy, empathy, and just the right amount of challenge to help people unlock potential and lead with clarity.Credentials like PROSCI Change Accreditation, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and ICF coaching are in the toolkit — but what really matters is how I show up: grounded, curious, and committed to making a difference. If your SME business needs on-demand, end-to-end HR expertise, Catalina Consultants offers flexible, strategic support tailored to your size, stage, and goals.Or if you are looking for a thought partner, coach, or someone to help shape the people side of your strategy — I’d love to connect.
