Experienced global manager with a breadth of experience and proven track record in both restaurant operations and standards compliance. Working for our global head office in Dallas, Texas but with a home base in the UK my role involves global standards development and compliance, leading operational support programmes and technologies and future Ops thinking and development (IOT/AI). My passion is to drive food safety and brand protection across our organisation to ensure our customers are cared for and safe. At the same time empowering teams with tools and programmes to ensure an exceptional customer experience that is both relevant and future thinking.
