I am a dedicated education professional with a strong focus on leveraging instructional design and technology to drive transformative learning experiences. I have spent 13+ years in education, committed to enhancing educational outcomes for diverse learners and stakeholders. In my current role as the Manager of Multilingual Learner Programs at Meridian Public Charter School, I have successfully developed and implemented technology-driven Language Instruction Educational Programs (LIEP) for 200+ people. By aligning with education legislation, I was able to revitalize data collection and organization processes by adopting an edtech platform, enabling my team to meet 100% of compliance benchmarks. Additionally, I have piloted evidence-based curricular programs and optimized instructional services, yielding a seven-fold increase in pass rates on annual high-stakes exams. Previously, I served as a Multilingual Learner Specialist at the same institution. In this role, I served the needs of 40+ by implementing data-driven strategies, which improved individualized support and increased student engagement. I also secured $8K in grant funding to expand learning initiatives and foster environmental awareness among stakeholders. I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Appalachian State University. I possess a strong foundation in education and have the expertise to excel in the EdTech landscape.
