I have recently joined the Boise State University Office of Continuous Improvement team, and I am enjoying working as a Process Improvement Analyst. Growing and learning in change management, process improvement, and leadership are passions of mine, and I'm incredibly enthused to be a part of the Boise State team. I previously worked at Fort Hays State University for 5.5 years, and I enjoyed positions in the Admissions Office, Registrar's Office, and Academic Advising. In addition, I have completed a Master of Professional Studies Degree with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership, and I have found great joy in learning about vulnerability, empathy, and exploring organizational systems. The program really opened my eyes to how organizations work, how to look at different dynamics within organizations, and how vital it is to have everyone at the table when it comes to making important and change-oriented decisions.
