About Rachel D.

I am passionate about maximizing resources to implement efficient strategies to add to the success of a project or team. I enjoy collaboration with all levels of leadership with an agile, flexible can-do attitude to seek the goal at hand. I have a high capacity to take on projects and see them to completion. In the past several years I have been a conference director, project manager, event planner, and senior executive assistant to the organization's president who was an international speaker and multi-book author. From these productive, fast-paced roles, I've learned that my capacity is ever increasing, that I can be flexible in any situation, and that pivoting at a moment's notice to find a new solution is worth it’s weight it gold. From these invaluable experiences, I've gained an understanding that when all is said and done, balance,(over) communication, and enjoying the process along the way are keys to the success of any project, event, and organization. AND when all the hard work is done, a glass of wine with family and friends accompanied with a beautiful sunset view is what makes it all WORTH IT!
