As the Head of Customer at IDVerse, I lead the global teams that deliver professional services, customer support, and customer success to our clients. I have over 16 years of experience in growing tech support and customer onboarding organizations from startup to enterprise scale, with deep expertise in subscriptions and payments industries. I am passionate about creating value for customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and loyalty. I use customer analytics to derive insights and drive operational improvements, such as reducing onboarding time, increasing customer satisfaction, and managing critical accounts. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in risk and fraud management, having worked with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex risk-related escalations. My mission is to be a defender and champion of the customer, and to enable and empower my teams to do the same.
