About Rachel E. Mast

I graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA in April of 2014 with my BSN, and I worked for a year on a medical/oncology floor at Sentara RMH Medical Center. I recently was married and moved with my husband to Philadelphia, where I am now seeking a new RN position. I have many interests in nursing, not only confined to medical/oncology. I have gained a great background in working in medical and oncology, and I hope to continue expanding my nursing knowledge by working in other nursing fields as well such as women' health, chemotherapy outpatient treatment, pediatrics, critical care, and more. My language/cultural studies abroad in Guatemala and Mexico (Spring 2012) have cultivated in me a love for diversity of all kinds, especially in the healthcare system. Outside of my nursing studies I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball, reading, exercising, traveling, going to the beach, singing, playing with my black labrador, and most importantly hanging out with friends and family!
