I work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze feedback, determine customer needs, and prioritize features and enhancements. I collaborate with the development team to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure quality and timeliness of product delivery. I have a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University, where I gained valuable business knowledge and skills. Prior to joining Netchex, I was a Product Owner at IPT Global, a leading provider of pressure testing software and services for the energy sector. There, I contributed to the development and launch of several products and services that improved the efficiency and safety of pressure testing operations. I also have four years of experience as a FSQA at IPT Global, where I supported offshore and onshore projects and ensured compliance with industry standards and regulations. My experience has helped me develop a domain expertise and a customer-centric mindset.
