About Rachel Eiker

As a Graduate Assistant at Liberty University, I collaborate with the Chair of the Psychology Department to create a comprehensive evaluation of the current course content, assignments, and exams. Additionally, I grade assignments and communicate with students promptly. This position enables me to apply my knowledge and skills in Industrial-Organizational Psychology acquired during my Bachelor's degree at Liberty University, with a minor in Business. I am passionate about Industrial-Organizational Psychology and enthusiastic about expanding my competence in this field. During my undergraduate studies, I gained valuable experience through internships and extracurricular activities, which have prepared me for the workforce. For instance, I served as a Project Management Intern at Friendship Baptist Church, where I facilitated coordination between ministry teams and the church builder to streamline operations and ensure smooth functioning. Additionally, I worked as a Global Generosity Policy Writing Intern at Operation Mobilization, where I composed policies and guidelines for global giving and stewardship. These experiences have enhanced my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, as well as my policy advocacy skills. I am thrilled to utilize these abilities in the workforce and continue my personal and professional growth.
