About Rachel Ethridge

Paradoxically confident and humble, hilarious and serious, I am passionate about senior care. As Senior Director of Business Development, my focus is on creativity and brand alignment to drive census and improve the patient and employee experience. Serving for nearly two decades at Community Eldercare Services(CES), my time was marked by growth and transformation. Moving into a new era of healthcare in a hospital setting, I use a refined skill set of problem-solving, magic-making, and purple cow strategy to grow revenue and adapt marketing and sales strategies to match the modern customer journey. I earned a Master of Health Care Administration from Strayer University in Washington, D.C, in 2007. Other cool things about my background/ knowledge - I am a licensed life insurance agent, a Disney Institute Alumni, and have a certification in Gerontology. I have worked on a cruise ship and traveled the world, sat at tables with politicos, and been to Graceland 75 times. All my experiences and education have helped me with my craft and these additional skillsets: Intentional Detail, Public Speaking, Event Planning, Project Management, Problem Solving, The Art of the Pivot, Customer Service, Public Relations, Team Building, and Strategic Planning.
