I am a technologist at heart and love to find practical applications for the latest innovations that have the potential to revolutionise a customer experience, simplify a business process or lead to brand new products and services. I have spent the past 20 years in technology leadership roles within Financial Services, Insurance and Telecoms working for great companies such as ABN Amro, Marks & Spencer, HSBC, ACE Group, Vodafone and BT. I have been lucky enough to live and work across Europe, Asia, North & Latin America experiencing an incredibly valuable range of cultures and working environments. I am committed to building more diverse and inclusive working environments and am the Executive Sponsor of BT's TechWomen programme that has helped 2,550 of BT's female technologists achieve their full potential. I believe in giving back and so I am chair of the board of FACT, a charity dedicated to transforming lives through presenting world-class digital and immersive art and community-based learning and engagement programmes.
