With over seven years of experience in managing bond and capital construction projects for Springfield Public Schools, the largest school district in Missouri, I have developed and honed my analytical, budgeting, and communication skills. I oversee the budget, schedule, and contract administration of the projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality. I also coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and contractors, facilitating smooth and successful project execution. In addition to my Bachelor of Business Administration, I have proficiency in Oracle, Highstreet, Kronos, and Munis software, which enable me to perform my role effectively and professionally. I also have a passion for learning and teaching, which I cultivated as a Training Instructor at the United States Department of Defense for a decade, where I developed and delivered training programs for military personnel and civilians on various topics, such as leadership, safety, and security. I am proud to be part of the CoxHealth Engineering team, where I can leverage my skills and experience to support the healthcare mission and vision of the organization.
