I am a hard-working, diligent Business graduate. Throughout my four years studying in MTU, I have enjoyed both the practical and non-practical areas of the business degree that I am pursuing. I was recently chosen to attend a global management exchange which took place in Utrecht. Here I learnt how to engage with different cultures and how, as a group, to reach a much sought after end goal, success. I have developed a keen interest in the areas of HR and accounts. These two disciplines have an effect on the overall function and success of the business. I recognize the importance of managing the human capital within a company, focusing on aspects such as recruitment, employee development, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture. My interest lies in understanding how to align the right people with the organization's objectives and strategies, ensuring optimal productivity and employee satisfaction. The combination of HR and accounts expertise can equip me with a holistic understanding of an organization's human and financial resources, enabling me to contribute significantly to its growth and success.
