With a solid foundation in nursing, my journey has taken me from the frontlines of patient care to the enriching realm of education. This diverse background allows me to provide students with a holistic perspective on the challenges and rewards of the nursing profession. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to uncovering the underlying causes of health concerns and providing personalized care through the lens of root cause medicine. My journey in healthcare is driven by a fervent belief in addressing the root issues to promote comprehensive well-being. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of medical advancements, I actively engage in ongoing education and embrace innovative approaches in root cause medicine. By staying informed, I ensure that my practice reflects the latest evidence-based strategies. Additionally, I have authored "Surviving the ICU: A Toolkit for the Critical Care Nurse" and a guided journal entitled "Thrive: A Guided Journal for Everyday Life". With a passion for empowering others to live their best life, my goal is to share the tools I have found to succeed and thrive. There are more books and tools in the works!
