Rachel brings nearly three decades of multi-family experience to the Glencrest team. Most recently, she was Vice President of Operations for Prime Residential. At Prime, she oversaw the Regional Management and Regional Maintenance Management teams across a number of markets including Oregon, Washington, Denver, Northern California and Reno. Additionally, she led company-wide compliance and safety training and was instrumental in a number of key strategic initiatives, including transitioning property management in-house, implementing revenue management across the portfolio and developing two new roles: the Director of Leasing and Marketing and Lead Management Specialist. She began her career in apartment leasing with Commonwealth Pacific and has held multiple roles in property management and apartment site leadership and operations. Rachel also has years of acquisition underwriting, sales training and extensive capital improvement and construction management experience. She studied business marketing at Portland State University, is a lifelong Portland resident and has two sons.
